You will find our program content is general; however, our staff receive ongoing training to serve you better, using a client-centered approach.
Strongest Families Institute's (SFI) online services are available to you in the comfort and privacy of your home. There is no need to travel or take time from work or school. Our services are free, and you can work at your own pace.
The ICAN (Conquer Anxiety and Nervousness) self-guided, online program provides life-skills to overcome anxiety, help with depression and cope with major life stressors. Those who stick with the program and complete it report improved daily performance, better social and family relationships and increased confidence. You are in control of conquering your anxiety.
The ICAN program will provide you with:
- access to our secure website with written session information
- skill-demonstration videos and audios
- activities to help you learn skills and complete goals
- an Anxiety Tracker to log anxiety
- tips and reminders to help keep you on track
- a supporter guide that you can share with a family member or friend
You will work through the eight online sessions at your own pace. You will have the best results if you stick to doing one session a week and complete the whole program. You are worth it and deserve to take the time to do this program. The skills will be useful now and into the future!
The ICAN self-guided program is intended for mild to moderate conditions. While the skills can help anyone, some serious or complex conditions might interfere with your ability to complete the program.
