Strongest Beginnings Study

Strongest Beginnings is a research study with the Strongest Families Institute (SFI), designed to help parents with mild or moderate symptoms of parenting stress, depression, and anxiety.

The program aims to provide skills to help manage and prevent anxiety, depression or stress, basic parenting skills, and skills to build strong parent-baby/child bonds or attachment.

  • For Newfoundland residents only
  • Parent must be expecting or parenting a child under 3 years old
  • Weekly telephone coaching support for 6 weeks
  • Partner is welcome to join the calls with you as a supporter
