Strongest Families Institute (SFI) is a charity, founded to help people receive high quality, timely services. Our telephone coaching services are available at convenient times in the comfort and privacy of home. There is no need to travel, take time from work or school and services are free of charge.

ICAN Information

Our ICAN anxiety and depression support program (ages 18+) is designed to help you learn skills to control, face, and deal with anxiety and depression-based challenges. You will learn life-skills to use daily, to help you overcome and deal with major life stressors. The program is based on a Cognitive Behavioural approach, which changes negative ways of thinking and behaving. The program skills provide new, more effective ways of thinking and behaving. Those who stick with the program and complete it report life-changing results with improved daily performance, social and family relationships, and increased confidence.
